My purchase of a 2026 F150 ford from Alex Hess at Lindquist Ford in Bettendorf Iowa went very smooth. when I got to the financing with Kristina Artemyeva it also was very smooth. Used the valet service to get car to/from dealership for paint protection application and an oil change. Very convenient as dealership is a minimum 20 min. drive away, which if I had to make the trip to/from 2x in one day would have taken over 11/2 hours (service required car to be left for several hours). Driver, Demetrus, was very polite. Service was performed and car was returned sooner than anticipated.

I cannot thank Mike and the amazing service team at Lindquist Ford enough! I was on a road trip back from Iowa/Illinois over the busy July 4th long weekend when I noticed a nail in my tire. We have been going to Jon Cooper at Lindquist Ford for our last few vehicles. He always gives the best deals and finds us exactly what we want and makes the experience so easy. We shop around but always end back at Lindquist with Jon. Ashley that handles all the paperwork with the sale and title work is superb at what she does and goes above and beyond. Excellent dealership experience! All negotiations were done by text. Put down a small deposit and picked up the vehicle 3 days later. It was described accurately and John Cooper went above and beyond with answering my questions, taking pictures, and making things extremely smooth. In and out in about 30 minutes after being pre-approved prior to arrival. All pricing and rates were as discussed. Excellent experience!
went to Lindquist on a whim to test drive a used suv we saw online. Ricky was great and patients with us. We returned following day to test drive again. just now New I was told it would be 2-3 hours for the brakes and oil change so I brought a book instead of arranging to be picked up by a friend. Imagine my surprise when I was told an hour and a half later that it was done! And! My front lisence plate was straight, after having been bent for months. I’ve never had anyone come out to the waiting room and and say this came up, or we found this needing to be fixed. Excellent service!
