I cannot thank Mike and the amazing service team at Lindquist Ford enough! I was on a road trip back from Iowa/Illinois over the busy July 4th long weekend when I noticed a nail in my tire. Being a holiday weekend, many places were closed. I stopped at a couple of local shops, but one told me it would be a 2–3 hour wait, and another insisted I needed a brand-new tire. Desperate for help, I pulled into Lindquist Ford and explained my situation. They immediately stepped up. Mike took a look and assured me they could take care of it right away. After a thorough inspection, they found it was just a tiny nail with no real damage—it didn’t even need a patch, let alone a whole new tire! To my absolute shock, they didn't charge me a single dime for their time, and they even washed my car before handing back the keys! I am so incredibly grateful for their honesty, kindness, and speed when I was stranded far from home. Mike and the service team are lifesavers. God bless you all!
